All orders are shipped from Doha via our courier services.

After you place an order on Custom-zone.com, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it. To keep you informed about the progress of your order, we will send further email notifications as we dispatch your goods, including your order’s unique tracking number. You can track the progress of your order by signing into your account or clicking on the tracking link sent in the email(s). We aim to deliver your order in as few packages as possible. However, please note that in some cases your items may be delivered separately.

Our courier service delivers directly to your doorstep during regular working hours/days within 48 to 72 Hrs. Alternatively, you can pick up your order from our main office; make sure that you have your tracking number on hand. 

In most cases one of our courier services will call you to arrange for delivery; however, if you are not available at the time of delivery, an email/ SMS will be sent to you. This will have a date by which you need to collect your package or arrange a re-delivery.
