We offer samples for business accounts to try the product as its a big quantity order, but for an individual product we offer a designed feature to your design but once the order is made we offer (no guarantee).

Once a customer purchase any product from custom zone, no cash or card refunds will be given.

Customer should agree that the company shall not be liable to them for any damages.
